Refund Policy

1. Nature of Our Products

StatChakravyuh sells digital educational products such as online courses, test series, and practice programs. Access to content is provided through our learning platform at learn.statchakravyuh.com, usually immediately after successful payment. Because digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, our refund rules are limited, as described below.

2. General Policy

Once course access has been granted to your account, the fee is non refundable. We strongly encourage you to read the course details, demo content, validity period, and inclusions carefully, and to ask us any questions on WhatsApp or email before purchasing.

3. When a Refund Is Possible

• Duplicate payment: if you were charged more than once for the same course, the extra amount will be refunded in full.
• Payment without access: if your payment was successful but course access was not granted, and we are unable to fix the access within a reasonable time, you will receive a full refund.
• Wrong course purchased: if you purchased the wrong course by mistake, inform us within 48 hours of purchase. If the content has not been substantially used, we can shift you to the correct course or, where that is not possible, consider a refund.

4. When a Refund Is Not Possible

• Change of mind after purchase or after using the course content.
• Failure to use the course during its validity period.
• Dissatisfaction with a result or outcome in any examination.
• Violations of our Terms and Conditions, such as account sharing or content leakage.
• Discounted or offer based purchases, unless covered by Section 3.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@statchakravyuh.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 80050 85355 with your full name, registered email or phone number, course name, payment date, and payment reference or screenshot. Our team will review and respond as quickly as possible.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. The exact time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the “Last updated” date. Purchases are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
